Known primarily for its deep color, fairly intense tannins, and rich mouth feel.  This wine is anything but "petite".  It is full of plum, blackberry and currant flavors.  This wine goes well with stronger meats - game, beef, lamb and spicy sauces.  Petite Sirah ages slowly and can survive fairly long cellarings of ten years or more.
